The initial cleaning by Mission Maids will be a deep cleaning. This will be everything included in the basic cleaning plus a few extras. The extra items include hand wash the baseboards and window sills, hand wash the door panels and frames, vacuuming the upholstered furniture, hand wash kitchen and bathroom cabinets.
The basic cleaning is the recurring cleaning that will happen weekly, biweekly, or monthly. This will cover the majority of the deep clean without a few of the extras.
The move-in / move-out cleaning is for someone that is about to make a move. Are you moving out of your rental house/apartment and want to get your security deposit back? Are you selling your house and want to make a good impression on the buyers?
This cleaning covers everything included in the basic cleaning plus: hand wash baseboards and window sills, hand wash door panels and frames, vacuum upholstered furniture, hand wash kitchen and bathroom cabinets (inside and out), clean inside kitchen appliances.
